The Service Prosecuting Authority follow-up report

In November 2024 we published an inspection by invitation of the quality of casework in the Service Prosecuting Authority that set out seven recommendations for improvement. This follow-up inspection, again at the request of the Director Service Prosecutions, examines the work the Service Prosecuting Authority has done to act in response to those recommendations. We found six out of the seven recommendations had been achieved.
